Terms of Service

By creating an account, subscribing, or using NutriMate ("Service" or "App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
NutriMate is an AI-powered nutrition service that:
- Generates personalized 7‑day meal plans based on your profile and preferences
- Generates custom recipes upon request for meals in those plans
- Provides progress tracking and nutrition guidance
We may update or modify features at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old to use NutriMate.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account credentials confidential
- All activity under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Promptly updating your information
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
Free Plan: one (1) lifetime meal plan generation per individual account; no recipe generations.
Pro Plan: INR 399/month (India; taxes may apply). Includes up to 8 meal plan generations per billing cycle and up to 100 recipe generations per billing cycle.
Definitions and counting:
- "Meal plan generation" means a 7‑day plan creation request completed by the system. Regenerating or materially changing inputs counts as a new generation.
- "Recipe generation" means a recipe created by the system for a meal within a plan. Each request counts as one, regardless of edits.
Quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused quota does not roll over. We may apply reasonable rate limits or safeguards to maintain system stability.
Attempts to circumvent limits (e.g., multiple accounts, automation, spoofing) are prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.
Subscriptions auto‑renew monthly until canceled. You authorize us or our payment processor (e.g., app store or payment gateway) to charge your payment method each period.
Prices may change prospectively; we will notify you in advance of material changes.
Taxes, fees, and currency conversions may apply depending on your location and payment provider.
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until period end; no prorated refunds for partial periods.
If you subscribed through an app store, manage cancellations and refunds through that store per its policies.
We may provide refunds as required by applicable law or at our discretion.
NutriMate provides general nutrition information and AI‑generated content. It is not medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or prevent diseases.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have medical conditions, are pregnant or nursing, or have dietary restrictions.
You use the Service at your own risk.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate rights of others
- Reverse engineer, scrape, harvest data, or access the Service by automated means without permission
- Upload or input content that is harmful, harassing, hateful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate
- Bypass rate limits, quotas, or security measures
- Use outputs to provide competing services or resell outputs without our written consent
"Generated Content" includes meal plans, recipes, and other outputs produced by or through the Service.
License to you: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use Generated Content for your own personal, non‑commercial purposes.
Restrictions: You may not sell, sublicense, or publicly distribute Generated Content without our prior written permission.
Our IP: All software, models, features, and content in the Service are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service.
Your inputs: You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use your prompts, preferences, and feedback to provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including model quality), subject to our Privacy Policy.
We may use third‑party providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, payments, AI inference) to operate the Service. Your use may be subject to their terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third‑party services we do not control.
The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or outages. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without liability.
We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law.
You may delete your account at any time via settings or by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service and Generated Content license ends, except as required by law.
The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any Generated Content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mysuru, Karnataka, India.
Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally for 30 days after written notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the App or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
You consent to receive communications from us electronically (email, in‑app, push). You may manage preferences in settings.
